I've ordered items years ago and recently. Service was always good. I purchased a chest protector that had the rivets pop out and I was able to return with no questions asked and replaced with and item of my choice. I have ordered most of my baseball equipment from lesters and have never been disappointed.

Lester's Upstate Sports is fantastic!
The people at Lester's are marvelous! I'm an umpire and I needed some mock turtlenecks for under my uniform shirt quickly because we were beginning tournament season. They recommended shirts which would be cool (it was July) and yet look sharp with the uniform. They got them to me quickly and in plenty of time for my tournament games.

Unsurpassed Customer Service!
You can see if you like what Lester's has to offer in the way of product lines by looking online, but what you can't see is how Lester's performs in delivering those products.
I have never experienced better customer service from any company, large or small! This includes knowledge of products, promptness and accuracy of filling and shipping orders.

Great Selection, Prices and Service

People who care
I had trouble ordering a very new umpire mask because of a maxed out credit card and every effort was made to make the transaction work. In fact, David himself answered the phone and completed it. I had the mask within five days. Outstanding. Thank you David.

Great Place
My husband is a softball umpire and it is difficult to find ump shoes in our area. We found this On line store last year and have been buying from there whenever we need to

Shipping
Even though I am a country and an ocean away delivery is always in a reasonable time frame, within 7 days. The expense is a little high as it would cheaper to send it to a relative who is coming to Hawaii and pack it in their suit case. I wonder why shipping within the 48 states are cheaper and the 49th and 50th are charged more.

Lesters Upstate Sports beats the Big Boys!
I started out umpiring last year and bought most of my equipment from one of the heavy hitters in the area. Their customer service was terrible and it took entirely too long to ship. I barely had everything in time for preseason. As the season went on and I ordered more shirts, I found Lesters and could not be happier.

I recently placed an order with Lesters for clothing with the Victor basketball logo on them. The order was ready when promised. One of the items had a minor flaw in it, and Laura called it to my attention and she offered to replace the item. The flaw was very minor and I decided to keep the item as is.
