How do I shop Online at LestersUpstateSports.com?
Using our shopping cart system is fast and easy!

  1. Click "Store Front" to simply view your favorite umpire / referee equipment and pricing.
  2. Add any items you wish to your shopping cart, (you can always make changes to your cart later).
  3. When you're ready to buy, Click "Checkout" in the right menubar. 

This will begin your secure checkout process, where you will fill out ship to and bill to addresses, choose your shipping option, see the total cost of your order.

After placing your order you will receive a receipt of your transaction by e-mail.

When will my order ship?
LestersUpstateSports.com stocks one of the most complete selections of umpire and referee equipment available!

Orders are usually processed, packed and shipped within 1 business day.

We ship out of NY, which is in the eastern time zone. Orders placed after 2:30 pm eastern time may not ship the same day.  Although we do our best to ship orders the same day they are received, we do not make any guarantees regarding the amount of processing time required prior to shipping.

To find out the amount of time required for your order to arrive from zip code 14564; use the UPS "Time and Cost Calculator".

International orders and orders that require customization, such as sewing numbers or hemming pants, may take 2-3 days additional processing time.

The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive once it has been shipped depends on which shipping option you choose.  Please note that US Priority Mail states 2 or 3 business days.  That is an estimate only.  Although the US Postal service does their best, there are no guarantees that the package will arrive in that timeframe.

What about sales tax and shipping charges?
Sales tax is charged to New York State Residents only.
Institutional or Tax Exempt dealers must provide completed tax exempt forms.

Shipping charges vary, and are calculated by item weight, destination zip code, and shipping service requested. We offer the following shipping services... 

  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS Ground
  • USPS Priority

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout (after you enter the ship to and bill to addresses), and you can choose which service you'd like from a drop-down list. 

Please note that US Priority Mail states 2 or 3 business days.  That is an estimate only.  Although the US Postal service does their best, there are no guarantees that the package will arrive in that timeframe.

What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy: If you aren’t 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to:

  • Items that have been decorated or otherwise personalized.  This includes any product purchased on one of our customer webstores
  • Pants that are hemmed
  • Shirts that have numbers sewn onto them
  • Garments that are washed
  • Hats that are creased
  • Any product that, upon inspection, Lesters Upstate Sports does not determine is in New and un-used condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds received after 60 days are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% if the return is deemed acceptable.  Some items that we have fulfilled directly from manufacturers, such as All Star Protective gear and Richardson Team Caps, are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%.  Fill out this form and send the package back via UPS or US Postal Service (US Postal Service packages are not always traceable).  We will not accept COD’s.  We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping charges are not refundable.  Upon receipt of the goods, Lester’s will issue credit if we judge the items to be still in un-used condition.  This is especially true for hats, so if you return hats make sure you use a box so they do not get crushed.  

Free shipping:  If item(s) are returned and the cost of the original goods purchased minus the goods returned is less than the free shipping threshold (normally $300), ground shipping charges will be withheld from the credit issued.   Lester’s reserves the right to withhold a re-stocking fee for any returns from an order that receives free shipping.

Items that have been worn are not eligible for the above refund unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  

Manufacturer’s defect:  To receive a replacement item immediately, please call 800-468-9520 or e-mail service@LestersUpstateSports.com.  When you send in this form, be sure to check the “ITEM IS DEFECTIVE” line.  We must inspect the defective item before we can issue a credit.

All non-defective product returns must be in original condition, including packaging, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
