How do I shop Online at

Using our shopping cart system is fast and easy!

  1. Click "Store Front" to simply view your favorite umpire / referee equipment and pricing.
  2. Add any items you wish to your shopping cart, (you can always make changes to your cart later).
  3. When you're ready to buy, Click the Cart icon in the top right corner. 

This will begin your secure checkout process, where you will fill out ship to and bill to addresses, choose your shipping option, see the total cost of your order.

After placing your order you will receive a receipt of your transaction by e-mail.

When will my order ship?

Blank hat orders generally ship within 1-3 business days.  That time can be longer depending on certain circumstances.  Embroidery orders/patch orders can vary but at a minimum plan on 2-3 weeks for embroidery orders and 4-6 weeks for patch orders.

What about sales tax and shipping charges?

Sales tax is charged to New York State Residents only.Institutional or Tax Exempt dealers must provide completed tax exempt forms.

Shipping charges vary, and are calculated by item weight, destination zip code, and shipping service requested. We offer the following shipping services... 

  • UPS Ground
  • US Priority Mail

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout (after you enter the ship to and bill to addresses), and you can choose which service you'd like from a drop-down list. 

Please note that US Priority Mail states 2 or 3 business days. That is an estimate only. Although the US Postal service does their best, there are no guarantees that the package will arrive in that timeframe.

What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy: If you aren’t 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Once we decorate any garment, the garment is not returnable.

Blank hats can be returned subject to a re-stocking fee.
